1e9821ec0c document atom and predicate completion with TAB 
This feature, added via
https://github.com/mthom/scryer-prolog/pull/1467, makes the toplevel
interaction a lot more convenient in many cases.

a5e72679bc prioritize type errors over instantiation errors 
Example:

    ?- must_be(chars, [a,X,cc]).
       error(type_error(character,cc),can_be/2).
