16fd7a8d51 Move -t and -g flags before filenames in tests
Per maintainer feedback, switches must come before files to follow
the convention: switches before files are Scryer-specific, switches
after files are application-specific.

5357ecf8e3 Remove redundant unit test file
The custom_toplevel.pl unit tests were trivial and didn't actually test
the functionality. All real testing is done via comprehensive CLI tests
in tests/scryer/cli/src_tests/custom_toplevel.md

b91ce76052 Add comprehensive tests for g_caused_exception/2
Following TESTING_GUIDE.md, added tests at layers 2 and 3:

Layer 2 - Prolog Integration Tests (src/tests/custom_toplevel.pl):
- Test that g_caused_exception/2 is not asserted when no exception occurs
- Test that g_caused_exception/2 can be checked from custom toplevel
- Added check_for_exception/0 helper predicate for testing

Layer 3 - CLI Tests (tests/scryer/cli/src_tests/custom_toplevel.md):
- Test g_caused_exception/2 with exception thrown
- Test g_caused_exception/2 with no exception
- Test g_caused_exception/2 with error/2 terms
- Added test helper predicates in fixtures/toplevel_test_helper.pl

All tests pass successfully.

15d112485c Add comprehensive tests for -t custom toplevel flag
- Create Prolog integration tests in src/tests/custom_toplevel.pl
- Add CLI test configuration in tests/scryer/cli/src_tests/custom_toplevel_tests.toml
- Tests verify:
  * -t halt terminates after initialization
  * Custom toplevels can be user-defined predicates
  * Toplevel receives control after initialization completes
  * Default behavior is REPL when no -t specified
- All tests pass successfully

Following TESTING_GUIDE.md three-layer testing approach:
- Layer 2: Prolog integration tests with test_framework
- Layer 3: CLI snapshot tests with .toml configuration

f509d3d66f Line numbers start at 1
Bumps the line number for the singleton warning. When the singleton
occurs on the same line at the term starts, the line number is correct:

    foo(X).

However it stills mis-reports this line number as 1 instead of 5:

    foo(1) :-
        true,
        true,
        true,
        Y.

See issue #1356.

b76bdd75e4 Fix #2725 by calling load_context/1 in the unspecified branch of strip_module/3
This fixes #2725, by making it so that `strip_module(Pred, M, P), call(M:P)`
doesn't throw an `instanciation_error` when `Pred` isn't in the form `module:predicate`.

Now, `strip_module(hello, M, P)` will call `load_context(M)`, which unifies `M`
with the topmost module (or `user`).

Two new test cases are added: issue2725.pl, which tests the minimal case id(X) --> X.
and the strip_module(P, M, _), call(M:P) scenario, and module_resolution,
which tests the behavior of strip_module in a few scenarios.

57b52fbe90 fix windows test by not disabling normalization
- this re-enables line ending and file path normalization
  - the latter might be unwanted, but there is only a shared flag
  - this might result in too loose matching of / and \ in stdout and stderr as prolog syntax may be mistaken for a path
